                                                  INFORMATION ABOUT MALAMA-KI FOREST RESERVE
Picture
HC/DC has requested a permit for Malama-Ki Forest Reserve, south of MacKenzie State Park. This is a great area for a disc golf course!!  We are planning to play along Kings Hwy (route 137) and the ocean between MacKenzie State Park and the next road to the ocean off the Hwy heading south.  We have established some holes along the Kings Hwy that are challenging and fun to play, however the best holes are yet to come.  We have not heard back from the DLNR so it's not written in stone yet, however, we would be doing a good thing keeping open an historic trail, removing invasive plants out of our forest and providing fun and enjoyment for disc golfers and hikers. Why not let us do it? We are looking to get a space to hold our celebration and registration, any ideas or connections anyone has please contact me by email:   Hicastaways@aol.com
